Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineering Board of Singapore.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in civil and structural design.
• Proficient in applying local design standards and codes throughout project execution.
• Proficient in engineering design software including Tekla Tedds, Staad, Plaxis, Esteem, Midas, AutoCAD, GStarCAD.

Responsibilities

• Design civil and structural engineering for Good Class Bungalows, ensuring compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Perform structural analysis using engineering software to validate design integrity and safety.
• Apply local codes and standards to develop compliant designs.
• Create conceptual designs focused on economy and feasibility.
• Report progress and findings to Project Director and management.
