Job summary

nes global pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Contracts Advisor - Derivatives to support the commercial teams by drafting and negotiating OTC Derivatives agreements and providing value-driven contractual advice.

The role requires a law degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in drafting and negotiating OTC derivative contracts, ISDA knowledge, and a strong regulatory understanding. You will liaise with traders and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent legal experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in drafting, analysis and negotiation of contracts related to the purchase and sale of OTC derivatives.
• Expert knowledge of agreements associated with derivatives trading (ISDA, CSA & VMCSA, Brokerage Agreements, Master and long form agreements).
• Expert knowledge of regulations applicable to derivatives trading activity.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate OTC Derivatives agreements.
• Provide expert advice on standard and complex contractual arrangements (ISDAs, framework agreements, Service Level Agreements).
• Advise traders on contractual risk and ensure contracts reflect terms; negotiate trade confirmations and ad hoc agreements.
