Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain management; FMCG industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to draw conclusions from data.
• SAP system experience preferred.
• Open to new ideas, driving continuous improvement and challenging status quo.

Responsibilities

• Review forecasts for Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, aligning with targets and product launches.
• Forecast collaborations with Merchandising for active and new launches.
• Conduct monthly root-cause analysis on forecast accuracy to refine models.
• Partner with Merchandising and local partners to incorporate local knowledge.
• Participate in S&OP processes to align sales forecasts with plans.
• Monitor supply chain risks and manage ageing stock with Merchandising.
