Job summary

Codex Solutions in Singapore is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end product and software delivery across the full lifecycle, from inception to post go-live support. You will align objectives with stakeholders and ensure delivery plans meet scope, quality, and budget.

The role also covers Scrum Master responsibilities, enabling agile practices, removing blockers, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
8+ years of software delivery, project delivery, programme management, or Agile delivery experience.
Proven track record in end-to-end delivery across full software development lifecycle.
Experience as Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum, with hands-on sprint planning, backlog management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from inception to delivery and post go-live support.
Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps and plans with milestones and dependencies.
Ensure delivery outcomes meet scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
Engage stakeholders to align priorities and communicate delivery status.
Coordinate with engineering, PMT, design, operations, and business teams.
Promote agile practices and drive continuous improvement across teams.
Identify and manage delivery risks and issues, escalating as needed.
Ensure governance, regulatory, and quality standards are embedded.
