Job summary

Xceptor is seeking a Principal in Client Delivery to lead large-scale engagements in capital markets across Singapore and beyond. You will own the end-to-end delivery plan, mitigate risk, and shape delivery governance with senior stakeholders.

This hands-on leadership role requires a proven track record in enterprise software delivery, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to coach teams while driving continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Strong track record leading delivery on large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience in capital markets or financial services delivery.
• Ability to own governance and multi-workstream delivery.
• Knowledge of the Xceptor platform preferred or quick to learn.
• Experience defining or uplifting delivery practices.
• University degree or equivalent; delivery leadership weighted heavily.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on delivery on large-scale engagements as part of project teams.
• Delivery lead on large-scale, complex client engagements from initiation to go-live.
• Own delivery quality across accounts and projects; manage risk early.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to delivery consultants and associates.
• Escalation point for delivery issues; engage clients and stakeholders to resolve.
• Contribute to evolving delivery methodology and best practices.
