Job summary

Sokin is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead in Singapore to coach and empower cross-functional delivery teams across global markets. You will partner with Product Managers and the Head of Delivery to shape the Delivery Framework, track north star metrics, and remove impediments to enable fast, high-value delivery.

The role requires strong Agile proficiency, superb communication, and a proven ability to lead complex, multi-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in payments, fintech, or multi-market licensing environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and tailoring to teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and delivery teams to understand ways of working and Agile maturity.
• Shape and advocate the Delivery Framework, define north star metrics, and coach teams to achieve goals.
• Identify and remove impediments to fast, high-quality delivery; own critical delivery initiatives when needed.
• Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders including Operations to improve delivery performance.
