Sokin is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to join our global delivery enablement team. You will work with Product Managers and delivery teams to optimize Agile practices, define delivery metrics, and mentor teams to achieve high-velocity, high-value outcomes.

You will play a key role in removing impediments, guiding multi-team projects, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. This is a pivotal role to accelerate the next phase of our journey in enabling global payments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in payments/fintech, especially in multi-market licensing.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their practical application across teams.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to inspire across varied roles and seniority.
• Experience leading complex, high-impact projects and coaching teams through change.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Product Managers to understand team needs and Agile maturity.
• Define and advocate for the Delivery Framework and north star metrics.
• Coach and mentor teams to remove impediments and improve delivery quality.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and own key delivery programs when needed.
