Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a senior psychology professional to lead a team developing psychological defence capabilities while providing comprehensive psychology support across a peace-to-war continuum.

The role requires a psychology degree, 6+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise with commanders and external agencies. Occasional overseas travel may be required.
