Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a psychologist to lead and support applied psychological research initiatives within the defence context. The role focuses on designing studies, analysing data, and translating insights into organisational improvements.

You will work with cross-functional teams, supervise junior staff, and contribute to readiness and effectiveness through evidence-based practices. Applicants with or without experience are welcome to apply, and membership in the Singapore Psychological Society

• Education in Psychology.
• Aptitude for applied psychological research.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of organisational psychology.
• Research design and methodology skills.

• Provide professional support to improve organisational readiness and effectiveness
• Plan and manage research projects
• Supervise junior staff on assigned projects (potential leadership role)
