Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to support defence relations for a portfolio spanning more than 10 countries, handling liaison work and protocol services at the MINDEF/SAF level.

You will be the primary point of contact for assigned countries, assist in planning and organising visits and events, coordinate logistics for high-level engagements, and help ensure smooth execution of official programmes in line with established protocols.

Qualifications

• Education in International Relations, Hospitality, Communications, Management or similar fields of study.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Perform liaison work handling defence relations and protocol services at the MINDEF/SAF level
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned countries in your portfolio
• Assist in planning and organising all visits including official visits, working visits, transit visits and special programmes
• Coordinate arrangements and logistics for high-level visits and events
• Support the execution of official events in accordance with established protocols and requirements
