Job summary

HCL TechBee is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to manage large-scale database platforms with a strong focus on automation and cloud technologies. You will build highly available, secure, and resilient database environments and lead DevOps-driven database automation initiatives.

You will work on mission-critical systems across AWS and Azure, driving automation through IaC and modernization efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring incident resolution at L3/L4 levels.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL administration.
• Expertise in performance tuning, backup/recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Hands-on automation experience with Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure database services.
• Linux and Windows Server administration knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
