Job summary

Qualifications

Degree or Master of Public Health and/or Social Sciences or related degree.
Experience in qualitative methods (interviews and focus groups), healthcare preferred.
Experience applying and interpreting quantitative methods.
Experience conducting literature reviews.
Proficiency with data management and analysis software (Dedoose, R, STATA, SPSS, NVivo/Atlas.ti).
Strong analytical skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Good project management, presentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work on diverse projects supporting CGH HSR core functions within data governance guidelines.
Search, appraise and synthesize evidence from medical literature to inform planning and decisions.
Collaborate with hospital partners to address challenges using data and analytical techniques.
Prepare data-driven recommendations and communicate results credibly and timely.
Align priorities with organizational goals and manage stakeholder expectations.
