Job summary

MAYSEN MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (Data Architecture) to own end-to-end data architecture for a national-scale robotics platform.

You will lead architecture, data models, governance, and data warehouse decisions, collaborating with the Data Lead and internal teams. Responsibilities include designing bronze/silver/gold medallion layers, ensuring AI/ML readiness, and transferring knowledge to the team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture.
• Experience designing medallion (bronze/silver/gold) architectures and semantic layers.
• Hands-on delivery on AWS using lakehouse or data warehouse platforms (Databricks or Snowflake).
• Experience defining data contracts, governance frameworks, and schema design for large-scale platforms.
• Experience implementing automated data quality controls within pipelines.
• Must have led the architecture for national or large-scale data platform projects.
• Experience delivering data platform projects internationally at city-level or above.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data architecture for the platform (bronze/silver/gold medallion layers, semantic layer, business analytics).
• Define data models, data contracts, and governance frameworks.
• Own schema design and data warehouse design decisions.
• Ensure architecture supports ingestion of IoT/telemetry, CCTV, system logs; AI/ML-ready.
• Coordinate with partners to define interface frameworks for data sources.
• Define governed access patterns for dashboards, APIs, and AI tools; work with security on access controls and audit logging.
• Assess data to form hypotheses for data science and ML use cases.
• Ensure architecture supports MLOps pipelines and ongoing hypothesis testing.
• Document key architectural decisions and transfer knowledge to the team.
