Job summary
Databricks AsiaPac Unified Analytics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect to guide customers in building big data solutions on Databricks in Singapore.
You will work with Solution Architects, supporting design and implementation of workloads, and align your technical roadmap for expanding Databricks usage. Travel up to 30% may be required. You will lead production workloads, design secure cloud networks, and contribute to proof-of-concept content and security lakehouse
Qualifications
- Experience guiding customers through design and deployment of big data workloads.
- Hands-on production experience with cloud infrastructure and Spark.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to guide customers to successful Databricks implementations.
- Architect production-grade workloads including end-to-end pipeline load testing and optimization.
- Offer expertise in cloud infrastructure and security for the Databricks Platform.
- Assist with advanced technical sales content, workload sizing, and custom architectures.
- Improve community adoption via tutorials, training, and events.
- Contribute as a technical SME to Databricks Community.
