Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a Transport AI Programme Senior Manager to own the AI portfolio end-to-end, from strategy to delivery across public transport, traffic management, and road operations.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, trust, and operational embedding of AI systems, reporting to the Director Transport Technology within the Traffic and Road Operations Group.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, AI, data, product, platform, or digital transformation programmes.
• Direct ownership of complex portfolios, senior stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
• Proven track record of scaling technology from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a multi-year AI strategy aligned with LTA priorities and agency needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, data science, AI safety, governance, and agency delivery.
• Oversee AI infrastructure and enablement capabilities, including evaluations, guardrails, observability, and deployment playbooks.
