Job summary

People's Association (PA) is seeking a Senior Manager (Data) to drive data-informed community engagement across the GRC Cluster in Singapore. You will collect, analyse and interpret data to surface actionable insights that strengthen ground engagement and planning, while promoting AI tools to improve team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of at least three years of relevant working experience in community engagement, with demonstrated experience in data collection and analysis.
• Desired: at least three years of field experience or relevant community engagement experience in PA, with exposure to data analytics, AI tools or automation solutions in a community or public sector context.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Field Work: Plan, coordinate and facilitate data collection through community events, house visits and other channels, working with Field Engagement team and Constituency Directors (CDs).
• Data Analysis and Sense-Making: Collate, analyse and review data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges to support planning and decision-making.
• Data Innovation and AI: Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to streamline data collection, cleaning and reporting; pilot AI-driven analytics solutions.
• Capability Building: Conduct training workshops on data interpretation and analytics to strengthen data literacy across PA.
