Job summary

RISKDATA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Data Engineer to design, build and support enterprise data platforms and Data Lake solutions in Singapore. You will develop scalable ETL workflows, reconcile data across multiple sources and ensure data quality and governance across the stack.

The role involves optimizing complex ETL pipelines, collaborating with onshore/offshore teams, and supporting SIT/UAT and production validation for high-volume workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data platforms and ETL pipelines.
• Hands-on with Informatica, DataStage and SQL for data integration.
• Familiarity with Hadoop ecosystem and data lake concepts.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance and reconciliation practices.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and resolve data issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance enterprise data integration and Data Lake solutions.
• Develop and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica, DataStage and SQL.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, data transformation, reconciliation and validation.
• Work with Hadoop, Hive, Impala, Teradata, Oracle and Netezza environments.
• Implement data-quality, metadata and data-governance controls.
• Analyze complex datasets and resolve data discrepancies and integration issues.
• Support SIT/UAT, production validation and technical defect resolution.
• Optimize SQL queries, ETL processes and high-volume batch workloads.
• Collaborate with technical, business and offshore/onshore teams to deliver enterprise data initiatives
