Job summary

UNISON CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data engineering initiatives in the Banking/Financial Services sector in Singapore.

This role focuses on delivering end-to-end Data Engineering and analytics projects with strong governance and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management, hands-on data platform delivery, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, data, and business units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in Data/Technology projects.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering Data Engineering / Data Platform projects.
• Mandatory experience in Banking / Financial Services.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and governance skills.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Data Engineering and Data/Analytics projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Architects, Business, and Technology stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder management, project governance, and executive reporting.
• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
