Job summary

UNISON Group seeks a senior IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering initiatives within the Banking/Financial Services sector in Singapore.

You will own scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource planning, working with data architects and business leaders while mentoring cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance and quality.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, strong Agile/SAFe proficiency, and mastery of Jira, MS Project, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT project management with a focus on data engineering.
• Deep Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge.
• Expert in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), SAFe, and Waterfall PM methodologies.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, advanced Excel, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering initiatives.
• Define roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with data architects, engineers, and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data privacy standards.
• Mentor PMO staff and coach cross-functional Agile teams.
