Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT project management experience delivering large-scale Data Engineering solutions.
- Deep Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
- Expert knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methods.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel and BI tools.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or CSM certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources for enterprise Data Engineering and Banking tech initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Architects/Engineers and Business Leaders to define roadmaps and delivery schedules.
- Serve as liaison between executives, technology partners, and third-party vendors.
- Identify and mitigate technical, financial, and operational risks.
- Ensure deliverables comply with banking regulations, data privacy laws, and data governance.
- Own project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Lead and mentor Agile/Scrum teams and support junior PMO members.
