in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and commissioning of large-scale data centre and digital infrastructure programs across the full lifecycle. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, secure approvals, and drive performance from feasibility through handover, including AI-enabled facilities and renewable energy integrations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project management experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities, industrial developments, infrastructure, or large M&E projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre and digital industrial park developments.
• Develop project execution strategies, master schedules, budgets, risk registers, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, utility providers, government authorities, investors, and clients.
• Manage authority approvals, permits, utility connections, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee design coordination across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, power, telecommunications, sustainability, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, and risk, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Support procurement activities, contract administration, tender evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
• Supervise construction, testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and project handover.
• Maintain accurate project reporting, documentation, stakeholder communications, and governance.
• Contribute to AI-enabled engineering, smart infrastructure, renewable energy, and other strategic engineering projects as required.

Role Overview

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale data centre and digital infrastructure projects, covering the full project lifecycle from feasibility, design, approvals, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. The role also supports other engineering and technology infrastructure projects, including AI-driven smart facilities, renewable energy, mission-critical infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing.
