Job summary

Nxera is seeking a Senior Manager, Project & Construction Management, Data Centre in Singapore. The role leads regional data center projects spanning green and brown field initiatives, overseeing lifecycle stages from initiation to closing with a focus on safety, budget, and quality.

You will coordinate with country leads, develop master programs, and assemble a capable delivery team while ensuring regulatory EHS compliance and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in project management or construction management.
• Proven track record in green and/or brown field data center projects.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel regionally (20–25%).

Responsibilities

• Manage new data center projects regionally, green or brown field.
• Support country project leads across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Develop project master program, charter, and processes.
• Source specialists to join the delivery team.
• Translate business requirements into executable deliverables.
• Prepare budgets and monitor cashflow within approved funding.
• Lead project tendering and contract administration.
• Report progress and expenditure to management.
• Ensure EHS compliance and regional travel 20–25%.
