Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Communication Operations Engineer to join our team and oversee the design, implementation, and management of SIA Group's Network operations. The primary goal is to ensure maximum network availability and functionality to support SIA's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform the network infrastructure to enhance availability and automation.
• Support network consultancy projects to ensure IT services comply with SIA architecture and standards.
• Create technical solutions for complex requirements.
• Manage large-scale network operations, including service management in a multi-vendor environment.
• Have Level 2 and preferably Level 3 experience in networking technologies such as SDWAN (Cisco Viptela, Versa), Wireless (Aruba), Voice, Contact Centre and Collaboration, LAN (Cisco and Aruba), NAC (ISE and Clearpass), and Automation tools (Ansible or Python).
• Possess knowledge and experience in cloud technologies.
• Plan and execute technology refresh initiatives.
• Deliver large-scale IT projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage outsourced vendors and internal teams, including Service Delivery meetings.
• Lead incident resolution across different vendors.
• Work effectively in a 24/7 support team environment.

Requirements

• Degree with 6-10 years of network management experience in a multi-vendor environment, focusing on at least two domains: Security and Network Automation.
• Relevant networking certifications (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Versa) are preferred.
• Understanding of SDWAN, Voice, Wireless, and LAN architectures, with experience in planning, designing, and implementing network infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills to identify issues in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective consulting and communication skills.
• Industry awareness and continuous learning.
