Job summary

• Experience taking full ownership of projects across planning, pre-construction, procurement, execution, IST, and handover.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Ability to manage risk, change, cost controls, and quality across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction through to client handover.
• Drive data centre MEP infrastructure installation, testing & commissioning, and handover documentation.
• Lead regular progress meetings and provide structured updates to clients and senior management.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance across Singapore standards.
