Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a cloud environment, understanding cloud services lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide business hours service support and be on standby for incident calls.
• Supervise support teams and align their roles with Authority’s expectations.
• Manage workflow and performance for Data Center operations.
• Act as POC for incident escalation and consultations.
• Ensure uptime of DC infrastructure systems.
