Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a data/Content Analyst to support content updates for key brands and manage merchant onboarding and offboarding on the platform. You will conduct in-depth commercial analyses and collaborate with Account Management to address business challenges.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, building dashboards, and providing ad-hoc data requests to drive decisions. A startup mindset and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong sense for customer behavior and how content quality affects purchasing decisions.
• Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Python, Looker).
• Experience with eCommerce operations is preferred; passion for eCommerce is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support content updates and onboarding/offboarding of Restaurant merchants on the platform.
• Conduct deep-dives into business topics and trends, and recommend solutions with Account Management teams.
• Monitor project KPIs and build dashboards to evolve project vision within budget and scope.
• Evaluate partner operational compliance and streamline partner classifications using data.
• Participate in high-impact commercial activities as part of a startup environment.
