Collaborating with academic schools, you will analyse surveys such as GES and students experience surveys, develop dashboards, and help elevate teaching and learning outcomes through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar analytics tools.
• Experience in data modelling, ETL, dashboard development and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in higher education, institutional research, survey analytics or systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Champion GES survey data and manage data preparation, validation, analysis and reporting.
• Generate insights from academic quality, learning and graduate outcomes data to support decisions.
• Develop dashboards and reports by maintaining analytics solutions for timely insights.
• Ensure data quality and reliable operations of AQ and analytics systems.
• Drive analytics innovation by improving workflows with automation and AI.
