Job summary

Seatrium (sg) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Data Analytics professional to analyze complex datasets, build dashboards, and deliver data‑driven business recommendations.

You will extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources and develop automated reports to monitor KPIs. The role requires 3–5 years in data analysis or BI, strong SQL and Python/R skills, and experience with Tableau/Power BI and data warehousing technologies.

Qualifications

• Holds a Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and analytical techniques.
• Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with databases and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Ability to work with complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Creates and maintains automated reports to track and monitor KPIs.
• Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all reporting and analytics systems.
• Collaborates closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define data‑driven solutions.
• Communicates insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Mentors junior analysts and provides guidance on analytics best practices.
• Leads or contributes to cross‑functional analytics initiatives and projects.
