Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (E-commerce) to develop and maintain regional dashboards, scorecards and reporting frameworks across markets, monitoring performance and enabling data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on ecommerce metrics, customer lifecycle analyses, segmentation and retention, and collaboration with IT and business teams to improve data quality and support CDP initiatives. Strong communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Google Analytics or Power BI certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role in ecommerce, retail, or consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regional dashboards, scorecards and reporting frameworks to monitor ecommerce, marketing, CRM, customer engagement and business performance.
• Establish KPI definitions and measurement standards across markets, automate recurring reports and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
• Analyze ecommerce performance: traffic, conversion rates, revenue and customer purchasing behaviour to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct customer lifecycle, segmentation, cohort, retention and behavioural analyses to support acquisition, engagement and churn reduction.
• Support advanced customer analytics initiatives including propensity modeling and customer lifetime value forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT, development and business teams to define data requirements and address data quality gaps.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to develop analytical approaches and evaluate initiatives.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

As a Senior Data Analyst ( E-commerce), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and maintain regional dashboards, scorecards and reporting frameworks to monitor e-commerce, marketing, CRM, customer engagement and business performance.
• Establish consistent KPI definitions and measurement standards across markets, automate recurring reports and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
• Analyse e-commerce performance, including traffic, conversion rates, revenue and customer purchasing behaviour, to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct customer lifecycle, segmentation, cohort, retention and behavioural analyses to support customer acquisition, engagement, repeat purchases and churn reduction.
• Support advanced customer analytics initiatives, including propensity modelling and customer lifetime value forecasting, to enhance targeted marketing and customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with IT, development and business teams to define data requirements, support Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation and address data tracking and quality gaps.
• Partner with regional and country stakeholders to develop analytical approaches, establish performance baselines and evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics or Power BI are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role, in eCommerce, retail, or consumer brands.
