Qualifications

• 5–10 years in AI/ML engineering or related delivery roles.
• Hands-on full production lifecycle experience for AI/ML solutions.
• Experience explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build client AI solutions and keep them running in production.
• Design agentic and generative AI systems and workflows.
• Own deployment, monitoring, and run-state of AI solutions.
• Define service-level objectives and production standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise team technical standards.
