Job summary

TREVOSE PARTNERS EXECUTIVE PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Audit Manager to lead audits focused on Data Management and AI within a major international financial institution. The role emphasizes data governance, AI risk, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor junior auditors, collaborate with Data, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams, and report findings to senior management while shaping audits around emerging data and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI, including model development, validation or governance.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML models and AI risk.
• Experience assessing AI design, deployment, monitoring controls.
• Data governance and data management experience.
• Familiar with BCBS 239, GDPR, NIST, ISO and AI regs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience leading audits and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver audits across Data Management and AI.
• Assess data and AI risks, controls and governance.
• Review compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify control gaps and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Eng.
• Lead and coach junior audit team members.
• Present findings to senior management.
• Monitor remediation of audit findings and action plans.
• Support development of AI/data audit approaches.
