Job summary

Accountant-General’s Department (AGD) in Singapore is seeking a transformative leader to join the Transformation Team under the Assurance directorate. You will drive AI-powered audit and governance initiatives, delivering scalable, secure solutions and advancing digital transformation across risk and controls.

You will design, build and implement AI- and data-driven audit tools, automate controls checks, advise on architecture and security, and collaborate with stakeholders to realise tangible

Qualifications

• Experience designing or implementing AI-, data- or automation-enabled solutions.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, data management, information security, technology risk and governance.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, IS, Data Science, AI or related field with 8+ years of experience
• Ability to engage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Understanding of internal audit, internal controls and governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, secure AI- and data-driven audit solutions.
• Develop automated compliance checks and audit assessments.
• Provide technical advice on architecture, security and governance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
