Job summary

PUB Public Utilities Board - SGP is seeking a cybersecurity governance professional in Singapore to strengthen the IT and OT security posture. You will drive policy enforcement, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.

The role focuses on governance, risk management, compliance, and audit activities to ensure resilience and regulatory alignment with CSA and GovTech standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, best practices, technology processes and risk assessments.
• Ability to work across technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience in IT/OT cybersecurity is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, CISA, or CISM are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Governance, resilience, and integrity of PUB's IT and OT systems against cyber threats.
• Communicate, implement, and enforce information security policies per CSA and GovTech.
• Promote a cyber-vigilant culture through awareness campaigns.
• Develop risk management and mitigation plans for IT and OT environments.
• Generate cybersecurity hygiene and audit reports for senior management.
