Job summary

StarHub in Singapore is seeking a Cyber GRC leader to ensure that the organization's cybersecurity strategy aligns with business goals, manages policies, standards, and frameworks, and provides independent 2nd line control review and testing.

The role includes driving governance, risk oversight, and compliance monitoring, plus engagement with 1st line stakeholders to support audit readiness and policy adherence within StarHub's IT Security program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information/cybersecurity and risk management.
• Experience in IT/IT-Security policy development and implementation.
• Experience in driving IT-security thematic assessment and IT audits.
• Good knowledge and experience handling IT-security and cybersecurity audits.
• Good knowledge of experience stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of information security governance & policy management.
• Lead cyber risk management and reporting activities.
• Oversee 2nd line assurance & compliance monitoring for Starhub policies.
• Support audit engagements with 1st line stakeholders and drive remediation.
• Provide advisory and awareness on Starhub Information Security policies to stakeholders.
