Job summary

IMDA in Singapore seeks an experienced Risk Assurance professional to lead holistic cybersecurity risk assessments for critical digital networks and systems. You will integrate external threat intelligence with internal capabilities to deliver objective findings and actionable recommendations.

You will engage senior management, collaborate with cross‑group teams and industry stakeholders, and stay ahead of evolving threats through research and sense‑making of Singapore's digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Background in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with 8 years of experience.
• Good understanding of the digital landscape and how cyber threats affect digital networks and services.
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to connect signals across diverse sources.
• Excellent writing and communication skills to translate findings to strategic impact.
• Ability to tailor analysis for technical teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
• Enjoy fast-paced, dynamic environments; able to work independently and in teams.
• Experience in information security; GIAC certification will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic assessments of cybersecurity risk posture for digital networks and systems.
• Review cyber audit reports, remediation results, and threat intelligence.
• Engage senior management with findings and recommended priorities.
• Collaborate with IMDA groups and industry stakeholders on risk posture uplift.
• Conduct research on evolving cyber threats and best practices for Singapore’s digital infrastructure.
