Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd, a GovTech subsidiary, seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (Architecture & Solutioning) to drive security architecture across cloud and on-prem environments. You will use threat modelling, risk assessments, and strong collaboration to implement robust controls.

Requirements include 5+ years in cybersecurity, experience with SIEM/EDR/NDR/XDR, and excellent communication. This contract role offers impact in a government-partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience in security infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
• Experience managing contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in security assessments including threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Familiarity with OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Strong communication and self-directed learning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Cybersecurity matters.
• Conduct Threat Risk Assessments across applications, cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Perform Threat Modelling using STRIDE with MITRE ATT&CK integration.
• Lead and influence multi-disciplinary teams to implement security controls for cloud and on-prem environments.
• Provide recommendations for configuration and improvement of security detection/response tools (SIEM, VA, NDR, XDR, EDR).
• Evaluate new technologies and validate security including PoCs.
• Specify and write security clauses in tender specs.
• Analyse, document and present security findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with government agencies to define security requirements.
• Ensure secure SDLC practices and high coding standards.
