You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, manage orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Formación

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of customer service, sales support, or order processing preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Engineering or technical product knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
