Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production/Supply Planner to collaborate with sales account managers and operations to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels across the client base.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 3–5 years' experience in production or supply planning, familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, and prefers a fast-paced semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Production Control, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, or a fast-paced production environment preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partners with sales account manager to focus on revenue delivery.
• Broaden and deepen the client relationship with accountability for client fulfillment of the tactical horizon.
• Defines and implements case management best practices to record service value and leverage SLAs to increase customer satisfaction.
• Provide knowledge database to enable scalability of service across client tiering.
• Provide insights to internal forecasting by understanding client market and forecast.
