GlobalFoundries in Singapore seeks a Supply Chain Planner to partner with Sales and drive revenue delivery, focusing on production and supply planning in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. You will work to broaden and deepen client relationships and deliver value through effective case management and SLA adherence.

The role requires 3–5 years of planning experience, familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production or supply chain planning.
• Experience in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales Account Manager to focus on revenue delivery and client fulfillment.
• Broaden and deepen client relationships with accountability for service value and SLA leverage.
• Define and implement case management best practices to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide knowledge database to scale service across client tiers.
• Provide insights to internal forecasting by understanding client market and forecast.
• Perform all activities safely and comply with EH&S & Security requirements.
• Collaborate on additional projects as needed.
