Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Singapore seeks an experienced cloud solution professional to drive APAC infrastructure modernization initiatives and deliver technical engagements that accelerate adoption of our cloud platform.

You will liaise with customer engineers and cross-functional teams to articulate industry landscapes, timelines, and change management impacts, delivering targeted business and technical pitches to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in pre-sales or engineering with relations to cloud technology and architectures.
• Experience in planning infrastructure modernization as a technical consultant, technical engineer, or enterprise architect.
• Experience in a customer-facing role in the enterprise space.

Responsibilities

• Create APAC and country specific positioning of the Cloud infrastructure modernization platform, drive adoption, and conduct technical engagements and pilots around infrastructure modernization solutions.
• Help customer engineers and specialists deeply understand the industry landscape in each country in the infrastructure modernization space.
• Advise customers on implementation timelines, change management implications, and related topics.
• Enable cross-pollinating solution successes across sub-regions through various dissemination vehicles (e.g., community forums, partner meetups, analyst events, microsites, and newsletters).
• Establish working relationships with account teams, sales leadership, professional services, product management, solution management, global system integrator partners, and executive staff.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in pre-sales or engineering with relations to cloud technology and architectures.
• Experience in planning infrastructure modernization as a technical consultant, technical engineer, or enterprise architect.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in networking (e.g., Linux, software-defined networking, network virtualization, open protocols, application acceleration and load balancing, Domain Name System (DNS), virtual private networks) and their application to PaaS and IaaS technologies.
• Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable and secure distributed systems.
• In-depth knowledge and skills of cloud infrastructure products across compute (CPU and xPU), storage (block, file, object) and networking (VPC and WAN).
• Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import and export ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal to deliver professional business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and board levels.
