VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC) is seeking a Technical Customer Interface to manage inquiries, prototype activities and customer-specific requirements in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

You will oversee lifecycle activities from tape-out to EOL, own the Tapeout System, and coordinate cross-functional teams for NPI and MPW runs, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (EE, Materials Science, Physics).
• 3+ years in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and excellent communication.
• Customer-service mindset in high-pressure settings.

Responsabilités

• Technical Customer Interface: main point of contact for technical inquiries and customer-specific requirements.
• Lifecycle Management: oversee tape-out, WIP, qualification, and EOL.
• System Ownership: Tapeout System owner, access to technical docs and production information.
• Production Coordination: support NPI, MPW runs, and scheduling to meet delivery dates.
• Performance Monitoring: run BRM/ORM/QBR and monitor customer scorecards.
