Second Talent in Singapore is seeking a Web3 Product Manager to own strategy and drive execution across fast-growing crypto initiatives. You will craft roadmaps, define success metrics, and scale solutions used by millions of users worldwide.

You will collaborate with design, engineering and business teams to deliver secure, user-centric experiences, grounded in data analysis and experimentation, with strong stakeholder management and growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven success in product management within crypto, fintech, or fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience in Growth marketing, Institutional experience, Trading Platforms, or Listing Operations.
• Strong product instincts backed by data analysis, experimentation, and deep user empathy.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Crypto-native, with an eye for decentralized technologies, web3 protocols, or on-chain analytics.
