Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking an experienced OTC Trader on the Trading Solutions team to facilitate hedging for client flows, manage risk, and grow our trading desk revenue within established guardrails.

You will engage in both electronic and voice trading, influence tooling and product features, and contribute to automation to increase throughput while maintaining risk controls. Weekend and off-hours rotations apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space.
• Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform principal trading exposure management infrastructure and processes.
• Build and optimize pricing, risk models and governing controls for the trading desk.
• Contribute to automation to free traders for complex trades and client engagement.
• Follow market narratives to contribute to internal research and inform clients.
