Qualifications

• Professional certifications in collaboration, voice, or customer experience tools are highly valued.
• Seasoned experience with large enterprise collaboration environments and projects.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients on site and remotely to meet complex requirements.
• Escalates issues to third parties and maintains project documentation.
• Writes reports and proposals and coordinates installation activities.
• Acts as coach/mentor to junior engineers and coordinates team tasks.
