Job summary

Medtronic, based in Singapore, is seeking a Principal Business Process Project Management Specialist to lead large-scale cross-functional projects with governance, risk management, and process improvement. You will partner with leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires a strong PM background, stakeholder influence, and experience in regulated healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in PM/program management, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects through full lifecycle.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and communications.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and reporting.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical technology or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies with corrective actions as needed.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success measures.
• Prepare and deliver status updates, budget reviews, and executive summaries.
• Facilitate problem-solving to resolve quality, delivery, productivity, or stakeholder issues.
• Establish monitoring mechanisms for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members within a collaborative environment.
