Job summary

Medtronic Singapore Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a Principal Business Process Project Management Specialist based in Singapore. You will lead large-scale cross-functional projects, providing governance, execution oversight, risk management, and process improvement to achieve objectives and business outcomes.

The role partners with leadership and stakeholders across functions to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, acting as a key liaison and mentor to project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant project management experience; advanced degree with 5+ years preferred.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects through full lifecycle.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Proficiency in PM methodologies, practices, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation, aligning with objectives and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Define scope, priorities, resources, and success measures with stakeholders and leaders.
• Prepare and deliver status updates, budget reviews, and executive summaries.
