PERSOL Singapore is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on corporate credit risk projects and BAU support for business and credit users, working with Technology & Operations and multiple Credit departments regionally.

The ideal candidate has a decade of end-to-end BA and data analytics experience, knowledge of credit products, and familiarity with AGILE methodologies. Strong data literacy and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Banking, Commerce or Information Systems-related field.
• Min 10 years experiences as business analyst and data analyst handling end to end delivery preferred
• Product Owner or Scrum Master experience preferred
• Able to understand and articulate business objectives, risk and dependencies.
• Experience in Wholesale banking/Credit risk projects preferred
• Product Knowledge and prior experience on Wholesale/Corporate Banking, Loans, Trade and Treasury and Markets preferred.
• Knowledge of credit products, risk monitoring/control processes and credit processing systems of banks preferred
• Experience in Data Analytics/Machine Learning project/application preferred.
• Experience working in AGILE Methodology preferred
• Experience in SQL, Excel, Java Scripts and Phyton preferred

Aufgaben

• Understand internal Credit systems end-to-end and interact with other credit systems, product source systems and front-end workflow systems.
• Define/Collate business requirements, prepare functional requirements, write User Stories and initiate User Requests for business and risk units.
• Recommend solution design considering pros & cons of available options.
• Review business processes supported by credit systems to optimize efficiency.
• Plan test scenarios, perform pre-UAT sanity checks and coordinate UAT with end-users.
• Conduct training for new and existing system processes and functionality.
• Maintain documentation for credit systems including requirements, user guides, FAQs, updated on intranet.
• Perform data analysis, user interviews/surveys, maintain system configuration, prepare user reports and Live Verification.
• Work with Technology support & delivery team to ensure delivery of user requirements.
• Understand internal bank data and collect relevant external data.
• Identify required data, analyze, clean-up and transform for processing.
• Obtain insights from data and present clear visualizations of findings.
• Use data-driven insights to address business problems or stay ahead of industry trends.
• Understand different data analytics types and use of Machine Learning.
