Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Credit Administration Officer to manage end-to-end lending transactions, review documentation, and monitor collateral and loan metrics. You will coordinate with Legal, Risk and Finance to ensure timely funding and accurate servicing.

The role requires 3–5 years in credit operations, fluency in English and Mandarin, and strong meticulousness to meet deadlines across multiple transactions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or related field.
• 3–5 years in credit administration, loan operations or asset management.
• Experience with collateralised lending and loan documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational execution of lending and credit investment transactions from approval through closing and funding.
• Review facility and security documents from an operational perspective.
• Oversee CP tracking and funding conditions before drawdown.
• Monitor loan servicing, rollovers, repayments, and margin calculations.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and escalate issues.
