Bank of China Limited is seeking a senior Credit Card Marketing professional to drive acquisition, activation, and spend growth through strategic campaigns. You will analyze customer behavior, optimize card utilization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet portfolio profitability targets.

The role requires a university degree in marketing or related fields and at least 10 years in banking with cards/retail marketing exposure.

Competenze

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
10+ years in banking with cards/retail marketing exposure.
Proficiency in English; ability to converse in Chinese.
Strong understanding of card business models and loyalty programs.
Experience designing social media content across WeChat/IG/FB.

Develop and execute card marketing campaigns to acquire and activate customers.
Analyze customer behavior and spending to optimize card utilization and revenue.
Design promotions, merchant partnerships, and rewards to drive engagement.
Create targeted campaigns across digital, branch, partner, and direct channels.
