Job summary

ROYAL INSIGNIA in Singapore seeks Head of Creative to steer the Creative function as a unified business and delivery unit, translating ambition into high-quality, technically viable outputs and timely delivery. You will own the team, project portfolio, resources, workflow and governance, while reporting to management on priorities and performance.

You will lead the 2D and 3D design teams, set clear deliverables, allocate work by expertise and capacity, and develop succession plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Design or relevant field.
• Typically 10–15 years in creative environments with leadership of multidisciplinary 2D/3D teams and complex project portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in building teams, allocating resources and delivering multiple projects through stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative function strategy and operating direction.
• Manage the 2D and 3D design teams, allocate work and develop talent.
• Plan and control the design project portfolio across stages.
• Integrate creative direction with commercial and technical execution.
• Govern quality, approvals and design information.
• Manage freelancers, vendors and external capacity.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and ensure alignment with management.
